Join us for a 7-day immersive experience in Costa Rica, where nearly 20% of the population lives in poverty and communities face ongoing social and environmental challenges. Through hands-on service projects like school and housing construction, clean water initiatives, recycling programs, turtle conservation, reforestation, and national park maintenance, you’ll support local efforts to create lasting change—while exploring one of the most biodiverse countries.

Justice on the Menu:

Food Equity & Advocacy in Washington D.C.

Spend a week in the nation’s capital tackling food insecurity and learning from the only community-based organization in D.C. delivering medically tailored meals to individuals living with serious illnesses like cancer and HIV/AIDS. Participants will volunteer in meal prep, grocery delivery, and food pantry support—while also stepping onto Capitol Hill to advocate for food justice policies impacting youth, college students, and vulnerable populations. This is your chance to combine hands-on service with powerful civic engagement efforts.

Rebuilding Resilience: Natural Disaster Recovery

Join a 6-day service trip to support communities in the Southeast Appalachian region still recovering from the devastation of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. These powerful storms caused widespread flooding, tornadoes, and infrastructure collapse—leaving lasting impacts. You'll assist with critical recovery efforts such as debris removal, mold sanitation, structural repairs, and rebuilding homes. Be part of helping these resilient communities restore what was lost.

Dig into community-driven solutions with a week of service in April focused on urban agriculture in Philadelphia. Through the city’s Farm Philly initiative—supporting over 60 community gardens, orchards, composting sites, and youth education gardens—you’ll help build greener, healthier neighborhoods. Projects may include gardening, weeding, composting, youth programming, and advocating for policies that support food sovereignty and sustainable urban farming. Grow change from the ground up!
